We are thrilled to announce that Donald KOUGANG YOMBI, AIMS Rwanda Master’s alumnus, has successfully defended his PhD thesis!

His dissertation, titled “Structural Conditions for Performance Guarantees in Coding Theory and Learning,” was completed under the supervision of Dr. Jan Hazla, the German Research Chair at AIMS Rwanda.
